Transport Keeper
Keep the transport business at your fingertips.
Transport Keeper is a cloud transportation-management ERP built in Bangladesh for transport agencies and logistics businesses. It ties trip booking to real accounting — so vehicles that are constantly on the road across districts, and the tangle of freight billing, dues and fuel that used to be tracked on paper, all live in one online system reachable from anywhere.
One system for vehicles that never stop moving.
Running a transport business means coordinating vehicles that are scattered across districts at any given moment — one lorry unloading at a mill, another waiting at a port, a third booked for tomorrow. Keeping track of who owes what, which trip is billed, how much fuel each vehicle burned and when a driver was paid quickly becomes an accounting mess when it is all done by hand.
Transport Keeper digitises the whole operation. Trips are booked, scheduled and tracked in one place; bills and invoices generate automatically; dues (bakeya) stay visible; and vehicle maintenance, fuel, driver salaries and allowances all post into the same books. Being cloud-based and online-first, it works from the office desktop or a phone on the road.
The result is the transport business at your fingertips — trip booking wired directly to the money, instead of two disconnected piles of paper.
Why this product, and why now.
The context that shaped Transport Keeper — the size of the sector, the pain being solved, who runs it, and the opening in the market.
A backbone sector
Road transport moves the country's economy — goods run from ports to mills, factories and markets every single day. It is a huge, continuous freight volume, and every load that moves needs to be booked, tracked and billed by someone.
The pain: everything on paper
With vehicles scattered across districts, trip booking, dues, fuel and payroll become a nightmare to manage on paper. Balances get disputed, fuel and cash leak unnoticed, and owners quietly lose money to what they can't see.
Fragmented operators
The market is full of mid-size owners running 2–10 trucks each. Enterprise fleet suites are too heavy and too expensive for them, so most stay underserved — and stuck with registers and calculators.
The gap we filled
There was a clear space for an online-first, mobile ERP that ties trip booking straight to accounting — light enough for a small transport owner, but complete enough to run the whole business. Locally built and supported became the differentiator.
