Water King ERP
Every jar accounted for — from factory to doorstep and back.
Water King ERP is a multi-company SaaS ERP purpose-built for drinking-water businesses. Their inventory is unusual: thousands of 19-litre jars and dispensers that live at customers' homes and offices, travel on delivery vans every day and come back to be refilled. Water King gives each one a QR serial and tracks it live — and wraps the entire operation around that: delivery logistics, billing, dues, fuel, staff and accounts.
An inventory that lives at the customer's house.
A water business doesn't sell its jars — it lends them, endlessly. At any moment most of the company's assets are sitting in other people's kitchens, and the paper systems tracking them collapse fast: jars vanish, deposits get disputed, deliverymen's counts don't match the factory's, and month-end billing is a guessing game.
Water King ERP starts by making every asset identifiable — a unique serial and QR code the first time a jar or dispenser enters the system, scanned in and out on every delivery and return. From there the operation follows: delivery routes and duty sessions for the field force, driver and vehicle logs with mileage and fuel, customer profiles with geo-location and consumption analytics, and automated bills with VAT, dues and deposits — sent by SMS or WhatsApp with a payment link.
Underneath it all runs a real double-entry accounting spine — chart of accounts, journals, daily ledger — and a multi-tenant superadmin layer, so the same platform serves many companies with their own branches, godowns and staff.
Why this product, and why now.
The context that shaped Water King ERP — a delivery business whose stock lives outside its own walls.
A daily-repeat business
Jar water is bought again and again — the same customers, week after week. That recurring rhythm is a strength, but it multiplies every small tracking error into a big year-end loss.
The pain: assets that walk away
Jars and dispensers disappear into the customer base — unreturned, untracked, deposits disputed. Generic POS or inventory software has no concept of an asset that circulates instead of being sold.
Field force in the dark
Owners can't see who delivered how many jars to which customer, how long staff were on duty, or what a van's diesel actually cost per trip — the day runs on trust and memory.
The gap we filled
No local software treated circulating assets, delivery logistics and accounting as one problem. Water King ERP does — QR-first, Bangla-friendly, and priced as SaaS for water businesses of any size.
Everything a water business runs on.
QR asset tracking
Unique serial + QR for every 19L jar, hand pump and dispenser — scanned in and out on delivery and return, with refill history and lifespan.
Delivery routes & logging
Routes for the day, on-the-spot QR scans at the doorstep, and cash-or-digital payment confirmation as the jar changes hands.
Customer CRM & analytics
Profiles with mobile, address and GPS location — plus consumption analytics showing how many jars each customer takes daily, weekly, monthly.
Automated billing & dues
Bills and invoices generated per customer profile at day, week or month end — VAT included, dues and deposits tracked, payment links sent automatically.
Duty sessions & field force
Deliverymen clock duty sessions; the system knows who delivered how many jars to which customer and when — live.
Vehicles & fuel
Driver and van assignments, meter mileage in and out per duty, diesel purchases and cost per vehicle — the trip's true cost, visible.
HR & payroll
A central staff directory for factory, logistics and office — with salaries calculated from the same duty hours the deliveries already record.
Double-entry accounts
Chart of accounts, journal entries and a daily ledger of all income and expense — servicing charges, utility bills, fuel and salaries in one book.
Multi-tenant SaaS core
Companies, branches and godowns under a superadmin panel — with roles and permissions per staff tier, SMS templates and balance management.
Built for businesses whose stock rides the van.
