CoolFix is a platform I proposed to own that gap: customers book AC cleaning or TV/fridge/washing-machine repair from home, a verified technician does the job, payment runs through bKash/Nagad, and smart marketing (QR codes, loyalty, referrals) brings repeat orders. A complete service marketplace — customer app, staff/technician app, web and admin panel — with the whole system under the owner's control.

Today a customer whose AC breaks down has no dependable way to get it serviced — they chase phone numbers, negotiate blind, and hope the technician is honest. CoolFix puts a reliable layer over all of it: book by appliance and problem, get a verified technician, track the job, pay digitally, and rate the work. Start with AC and TV as the core focus, then add other appliances in phases.
