Tahira Logistics
A Lalamove-style on-demand delivery & logistics marketplace for Malaysia.
Malaysia's cities move on parcels — SMEs, shops and individuals all need instant, reliable delivery, yet transparent pricing and a dependable fleet are still hard to find, especially in the van and lorry segment. Tahira Logistics is a platform I proposed to own that gap: a customer app, a driver app, web, and an admin & ops panel — instant booking, auto-matching of nearby verified drivers, live map tracking and local payments. The whole system is built on our existing VMS backend, so it ships fast and low-risk, not from zero.
Book a delivery in seconds — transparent and tracked.
A customer picks pickup and drop, sees an instant distance-, vehicle- and time-based price, and books. The nearest verified driver is auto-matched, the customer tracks the trip live on the map, and pays through DuitNow, Touch 'n Go or FPX. Start with bikes and cars for a fast launch in Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru, then add vans and lorries — where the real B2B margin lives.
Because it stands on our existing VMS backend — dispatch, tracking, fleet and driver management already proven — the risky plumbing is done. The proposal covers the market case, the vehicle-and-fare model, the feature set, growth and marketing, the business model, full source-code ownership, budget and a ~14-week timeline.
