Niramoy নিরাময়

A medical referral & care-discovery platform for Bangladesh.

Bangladesh's real healthcare problem isn't a shortage of doctors — it's that patients rarely reach the right one at the right time, and get quietly overcharged along the way. Niramoy is a platform I proposed to fix exactly that: referral and discovery, appointments, telemedicine, and honest guidance — including for treatment abroad. This is the full plan, from market research to technical spec.

The idea

Get the patient to the right care — honestly.

Today a patient with a serious problem bounces between the wrong specialists, pays for tests they don't need, and often ends up seeking treatment abroad with no trustworthy guide. Niramoy puts a dependable layer over all of that: find the right doctor or hospital by condition, book an appointment, consult over telemedicine, and — where it genuinely helps — get referred onward, including across borders.

The proposal is deliberately honest about what not to build, the business model (and an uncomfortable legal reality), the real competition, and the questions that must be answered before a single line of code. It's a plan written to survive contact with the market, not a pitch written to impress.
