Aman Group TMS / FTS

Fleet management & leakage control for a large mixed fleet — built on our VMS.

Aman Group runs light and heavy vehicles across multiple concerns, with its own workshops, store and drivers. Their Transport Department asked for a single ERP-grade platform covering transport operations, fleet, workshop, store, PDI and compliance. Across five working sessions with the team, one theme dominated: a fleet this size doesn't lose money in one place — it leaks in a hundred small ones. This is the plan to close those gaps — the operational logic, deliberately without financials.

The idea

Make every unit of value measured, owned and defensible.

The demand letter isn't a simple "vehicle management" ask — it's effectively six inter-connected sub-systems under one ERP: transport operations (TMS), fleet & fuel (FTS), GPS tracking (VTS), workshop (WMS), spare-parts store, and pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Roughly half maps directly to our existing VMS; the rest — freight operations, route-fare, requisition workflow, PDI and reporting depth — is what turns it into a full transport ERP.

The through-line is leakage control: every fuel fill, part issue, trip, job and duty is captured digitally, tied to a vehicle and person, reconciled against plan, and alerted the moment reality drifts. Built on our VMS, so the proven core is reused and only Aman's specific operations are added.
